This is a handy breakout board featuring the IRF520 N-Channel MOSFET. It’s designed to let you switch higher current DC loads using a low-voltage signal from your microcontroller, like an Arduino or Raspberry Pi. Hook up your control signal (3.3V or 5V logic) to the SIG pin, provide power to VCC (same as your microcontroller voltage), and connect GND. Then, connect your DC load (like a motor, solenoid, or LED strip) and its power supply (up to 24V) to the screw terminals. You can even use PWM signals to control the speed of a DC motor or dim LEDs. Makes controlling bigger loads simple and effective for your DIY projects.
